This project involved a complete design for a new Korean restaurant, envisioned to embody a simple yet modern atmosphere that reflects contemporary aesthetics and hospitality.
Scope of Work included:
-Exterior Signage: Design and coordination of custom signage to establish a strong and cohesive -brand presence.
-Floor Plan Layouts: Development of efficient spatial layouts to optimize guest flow, seating capacity, and staff circulation.
-MEP Plans: Comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans
-Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP): Lighting and ceiling design enhancing ambiance, comfort, and visual balance.
-Furniture, Décor & Material Selections: Curated finishes and furnishings that combine modern with warmth and authenticity.
-Kitchen Equipment Coordination: Specification and integration of commercial kitchen systems to ensure performance and compliance.
